木偶紋是指從嘴角往下延伸的一條垂直皺紋，通常40歲以上木偶紋就會慢慢出現，它的形狀很像木偶嘴邊的縫線，因此被叫做木偶紋。這條紋路也被稱為「失望紋」（Disappointment Line），就算不做表情也會看起來臉部下垂、甚至略帶哀傷感。 下圖嘴角旁邊的下垂紋路就是木偶紋，隨著年齡增長，頰脂肪墊（Buccal Fat Pad）與淺層脂肪會因地心引力下垂，造成嘴角往下延伸的垂直紋路，這條線就是俗稱的「木偶紋（Marionette Line）」。 法令紋是什麼？ 法令紋是鼻側到嘴角上方的紋路，法令紋形成的原因比較複雜，每個人消除法令紋的方式也需要因材施教。 法令紋主要有三大類型：肌肉型、凹陷型、下垂型。 如果不做任何拉提醫美療程，再過十年，圓圈的部分就真的會出現木偶紋，所以她老公我現在很努力的每年幫她埋線跟打音波，為的就是讓我老婆青春永駐lol 嘴邊肉往下垂久了就會壓出『木偶紋』，所以想要消除木偶紋，最重要的任務其實是要消除嘴邊肉。 （三）韌帶變鬆 口周有三條重要的韌帶肌肉Hold住下臉，隨著年紀增加，三條肌肉收縮及向下牽引形成木偶紋。 降口角肌（Depressor anguli oris, DAO） 位於嘴角下方，主要作用是將嘴角向下拉，與木偶紋關係最直接。 頦肌／下巴肌（Mentalis） 位於下巴中央，可抬高下巴皮膚、使下唇前突；過度活動可能加深下唇至下巴周圍的紋路。 頸闊肌（Platysma） 從頸部延伸至下顎與嘴角附近，收縮時可能牽引下半臉及嘴角向下 三、木偶紋消除方式有哪些？5 種方式比較 直接講答案：微整改善木偶紋目前主要有兩種方式：埋線拉提、音波消脂，效果排序是埋線 > 我診所遇過太多來降解木偶紋玻尿酸的客人，所以我希望給大家一個很重要的觀念，整篇文章我一直強調：『木偶紋是下垂造成的紋路，不是凹陷造成的紋路』，所以木偶紋的治療方式，絕對不能比照填充法令紋的概念。 下圖是一個來找我處理木偶紋玻尿酸失敗的客人，她的木偶紋下方有一球異常凸起（一般嘴邊肉是在木偶紋旁邊，但她的凸起是在木偶紋下方），主要原因就是我提到的，木偶紋根本沒有『凹陷』，Hold住玻尿酸，整球玻尿酸往下掉，反而讓木偶紋看起來更嚴重。 不少木偶紋的網路文章都會鼓吹打玻尿酸、薇貝拉等，導致很多人誤會木偶紋也是一種『凹陷紋路』。連很多醫師也覺得打填充物就可以讓木偶紋變淡，造成打木偶紋玻尿酸、洢蓮絲、晶亮瓷失敗的悲劇不斷重演。 在法令紋治療的觀念中，我一在強調，下垂靠拉提、凹陷靠填充。 改善木偶紋的關鍵就是：拉提、拉提、拉提，只有阻止臉部下垂，才能預防木偶紋變深。 如果已經打了填充物又不滿意：玻尿酸還能用降解酶溶掉；增生劑則困難得多。整張臉看起來腫、變形的情況見 饅化臉怎麼辦？2 種饅化處理方式。 四、木偶紋醫美療程一：埋線拉提 降口角肌是一股很強的拉力把嘴角往下拉，長期造成嘴角的向下紋路，最終形成木偶紋。 不少人想打微笑唇，雖然做出唇角上揚的微笑曲線，但旁邊兩條木偶紋向下，讓微笑伴隨著悲傷紋，想要把木偶紋整個往上拉，需要很強的物理性拉提，埋線拉提是目前微整方式中最佳解。 無痕筋膜拉提，是一種新興的埋線拉提技術，將可吸收線材埋入筋膜層中，透過線材的倒勾產生物理性拉提作用。與木偶紋手術相比，較不傷害周邊的結締組織。 透過無痕筋膜拉提來治療嘴邊肉跟木偶紋，我會透過 以上案例經當事人同意發布。療程效果因個人年齡、脂肪分布、皮膚鬆弛程度與施作範圍而異，不代表每位接受相同療程者都會有相同結果。 五、木偶紋醫美療程二：音波拉提 聽到很多客人抱怨電音波打完沒什麼感覺，我是不是錢白花了。 我會跟客人說，電音波對於法令紋、木偶紋的治療不是直接改善，而是預防跟阻止它變深，大家更應該把電音波治療當作一種保養跟長期投資。 下圖我的忠實顧客每年都一定會出現打音波，沒有一年缺席，連續打四年後（左圖2022，右圖2026），她越來越年輕，木偶紋沒有變深，反而有變淺一些，但請記得，如果打一次音波荒廢四年沒打，木偶紋還是會因為臉部下垂而出現。 電音波就像是買基金一樣，定期定額不能偷懶，音波跟埋線相比最大的優勢就是可以溶脂，減少嘴邊肉脂肪堆積，延緩木偶紋形成。 如果本身嘴邊肉比較明顯，我建議埋線拉提外能夠搭配海芙音波 6.0 探頭溶脂。 海芙音波的原理是發出超聲波能量，使施打部位的分子振動，導致目標組織的溫度上升到56°C以上，溶解脂肪細胞。 由於超聲波能量在高頻率下的高度聚焦，組織損傷僅限於一個小焦點，溶解脂肪組織的同時卻不會傷害周圍組織，因此相當適合在埋線3~6個月後，透過海芙的6.0深度溶脂探頭，乘勝追擊把多餘的頰脂肪墊贅餘脂肪溶解！ 可以，而且預防遠比治療有效。木偶紋不是一天出現的 —— 等它已經成形才開始處理，改善幅度就很有限。這也是整篇文章我一直強調的重點。 在它出現之前就開始拉提：35～40 歲開始規律安排埋線與音波，是延緩筋膜層下滑最實際的做法。我自己每年都幫老婆埋線跟打音波，就是為了這件事。 先處理嘴邊肉：嘴邊肉是木偶紋的上游，口角囊袋還只是「若隱若現」時處理最輕鬆。 體重維持穩定：短期反覆大幅增減重，臉部脂肪與皮膚彈性最容易被拉壞。 認真防曬、戒菸：紫外線與抽菸都會加速膠原與彈性纖維流失。 不要期待按摩或家用儀器：它們無法改變筋膜層的位置，也不會減少脂肪細胞數量。 木偶紋常見問題 木偶紋打肉毒有效嗎？ 效果很微小，肉毒主要是放鬆降嘴角肌，如果本身嘴邊肉嚴重，沒有消除嘴邊肉的前提下，很難有效改善木偶紋。 年輕人也會有木偶紋嗎？ 會。先天骨骼比例、脂肪分布、表情習慣及快速減重，都可能讓年輕族群出現木偶紋。 按摩可以消除木偶紋嗎？ 不行，按摩無法逆轉骨骼支撐、脂肪位移或明顯的皮膚鬆弛。 木偶紋打玻尿酸能改善嗎？ 我非常反對木偶紋打玻尿酸或膠原蛋白增生劑，因為我常常收拾木偶紋玻尿酸造成的爛攤子，木偶紋玻尿酸如果注射位置不當，反而會讓木偶紋更深。 由於木偶紋形成原因最主要還是下垂而非凹陷，填充的方式都只能夠達到些微改善木偶紋的效果，如果真的要打木偶紋玻尿酸，通常也是埋線後用小分子玻尿酸稍微修飾表層的紋路。 木偶紋玻尿酸失敗怎麼辦？ 木偶紋玻尿酸失敗至少還可以降解溶掉，但如果打的是晶亮瓷、洢蓮絲就後果不堪設想，我已經至少遇到好幾例欲哭無淚的案例，基本上就無解了。 木偶紋可以打晶亮瓷、洢蓮絲嗎？ 我前不久看到有醫師幫自己打木偶紋洢蓮絲，我心想這他媽實在太有勇氣了。我持續追蹤他好一陣子想看看膠原蛋白增生後的效果如何，木偶紋確實會變淡，但他看起來….變可愛了。 膠原蛋白膠原增生劑打在嘴角，很容易變成嘴邊澎澎的，木偶紋變淡不代表你整個人會變好看。 這也是為什麼我這麼反對木偶紋打填充物 木偶紋怎麼消除最有效？ 微整以埋線拉提為主（約 80%）、音波於術後輔助消脂（約 20%），效果排序是埋線 >
