以下案例我的客人一共打了3cc洢蓮絲額頭，她的額頭只有變平，並沒有凸起（下圖為術後立即照，含有麻藥體積），通常消腫體積會減少1成左右。 額頭凹陷最佳解：洢蓮絲額頭 額頭填充主要有三種材質：洢蓮絲/晶亮瓷/玻尿酸，其中我比較推薦選擇洢蓮絲額頭或晶亮瓷額頭，因為額頭玻尿酸容易出現記憶枕效應。 洢蓮絲額頭是我認為所有材質中最適合豐額的，摸起來的觸感最像天生的額頭，並且大部分客人反饋可以維持超過3年，因此如果預算充足，直上洢蓮絲確實可以達到最佳治療效果。 洢蓮絲是一種膠原蛋白增生劑，主要成分為70%的CMC凝膠載體及30%的PCL微晶球，70%的凝膠在可以在施打時達到立即填充的效果，之後凝膠會慢慢被代謝，取而代之的是自己生長的膠原蛋白。 下圖案例是洢蓮絲額頭2cc＋夫妻宮2cc，使用鈍針施打鋪平，側面可以看到額頭不應該凸起。坊間許多使用尖針施打額頭不但非常危險可能栓塞，很容易無法鋪平，導致凹凸不平。 洢蓮絲額頭失敗：額頭凹凸不平 洢蓮絲額頭只許成功不許失敗，它的致命傷就是不能被降解，所以為什麼常看到Facebook, Dcard, ptt等社群有人抱怨洢蓮絲額頭凹凸不平、有硬塊各種副作用，洢蓮絲額額不僅僅要對額頭解剖有很深的了解，更需要掌握施打的劑量，太多或太少都可能造成洢蓮絲額頭失敗。 洢蓮絲打額頭步驟 洢蓮絲打額頭有一個最大的關鍵就是：額頭內部其實有”2道牆壁”，把額頭分成”3個房間”（左，中，右）。牆壁是一層纖維，大約落在眼球正上方，然後一路從眼睛連到頭頂。 如果在洢蓮絲打額頭的過程中，沒有像下圖把這兩道牆壁打通的話，就算只打1-2cc這麼少的劑量，填充物都會擠在其中一個房間，腫在一起像壽星公，變成Dcard上洢蓮絲額頭失敗，最終凹凸不平的悲劇。 下圖把額頭三個房間打通，額頭凹陷會變成一片寬廣的盆地，通常豐額需要2~3cc洢蓮絲或玻尿酸才能把額頭凹陷填滿。如果劑量不夠，洢蓮絲無法填平整個額頭凹陷，造成局部凹凸不平的窘境。 加分題： 如果本身是夫妻宮比較凹的客人，我強烈建議連同夫妻宮一起施打，不然打完洢蓮絲額頭後，夫妻宮看起來會更凹陷，顴骨看起來視覺變高，算是解決一個問題，又衍伸新的問題 最後就是高手過招的環節了！我們把夫妻宮填補起來後，夫妻宮跟額頭中間接合處，有時候還會有少許的凹陷和陰影，需要醫師的美感來把額頭跟夫妻宮修順！洢蓮絲額額就大功告成啦！ 洢蓮絲額頭常見問題 洢蓮絲可以打額頭嗎？ 洢蓮絲是屬於一種膠原蛋白增生劑，用洢蓮絲豐額可以讓流失的深層脂肪墊中再生膠原蛋白，這種”膠原蛋白的觸感”跟實際的額頭觸感最為相近，因此在額頭醫美或者豐額相關的研討會跟其他微整形醫師討論後，幾乎大家都認定”洢蓮絲”是額頭填充的王者產品。 過去，在洢蓮絲額頭面前，額頭玻尿酸幾乎全部被打趴。因為玻尿酸沒有”膠原蛋白這麼硬”，而且用力按壓，額頭就會凹一個洞（我們把它稱為記憶枕效應）。 洢蓮絲打額頭會痛嗎？
