2023）指出埋線隆鼻在術後6個月，可以達到95%的驚人高滿意度。我自己開業至今，做過不少鼻雕跟玻尿酸隆鼻，我只能說鼻雕的術後滿意度、精緻度、副作用都大勝玻尿酸隆鼻。\\n當然我必須承認鼻雕很難像手術隆鼻一樣持久、做出非常客製化的形狀，所以如果妳是打從心裡想要有一天去做隆鼻手術的客群，那你這篇文章可能不適合妳，因為鼻雕後要做隆鼻手術通常會需要多付一筆清線的費用，所以請妳忍住好好存錢直接去做手術吧！\\n鼻雕適合本身鼻型條件就已經不錯的對象，山根差一點點就明星，像下圖我的客人本身就已經很正，做完鼻雕出門走在路上都會被搭訕，她就是典型不想承擔手術風險，只想要微微調整，就很適合選擇埋線隆鼻。對於那種想要大改鼻型的客人，建議直接選擇手術處理，微整能做到的比較有限。\\n本篇文章主要是給天生鼻子條件不差，這輩子不想承擔隆鼻後遺症，單純想要做鼻子微整的族群閱讀，鼻子微整主要有2大方式：山根玻尿酸（玻尿酸隆鼻）、鼻雕（埋線隆鼻），以美觀程度來說，鼻雕的精緻程度遠遠超過玻尿酸隆鼻。\\n鼻雕埋線是什麼？鼻雕缺點有哪些一直被污名化\\n鼻雕又常被稱作鼻線雕、埋線隆鼻，它的原理就是把線材置入鼻樑及鼻小柱的位置，來雕塑出更挺拔的山根及更精緻的鼻小柱，恢復期短且跟玻尿酸隆鼻相比有一個最無懈可擊的優點：沒有栓塞失明的風險。但基於以下幾個迷思，鼻雕埋線一直不被市場接受：\\n（一）鼻雕線材殘留\\n不管Dcard, ptt常可以看到有人做完鼻雕之後去隆鼻，會清出一堆線出來，手術醫師覺得很靠北。最大原因就是：**一次埋太多鼻線**。坊間很多便宜鼻雕埋線就是無腦狂塞線，有客人去埋一次都是14-20條，當然有些人會覺得很划算，但鼻雕埋線不是吃到飽越多越划算，很多客人跟我說她不要做成那種網美假鼻，通常都是埋太多，鼻樑看起來很不自然，甚至包在中間的線材會非常難被吸收衍生出線材殘留問題。也因此妳可以看到很多手術醫師清線的時候一次清出十幾、二十條，主要都是因為當初埋太多線了。\\n（二）鼻雕線材穿出\\n大部分的人不敢做鼻雕最恐懼的就是鼻雕線穿出的問題，其實鼻線就很像下圖的一捆筷子，每條鼻線有倒勾可以鉤在組織上，但是當你一次埋10~20條時，就會像下面中心的那幾雙筷子，沒有貼著鼻子的組織，它的鉤子就鉤不到組織，很容易因外力（例如擤鼻涕、揉鼻子）被擠壓出去，導致鼻雕線材穿出。因此我還是要再次重申，很多人選擇做鼻雕會貪高度，想要更高、更挺，放了太多線最後可能會大幅增加穿出的風險。最佳做法其實是一次6-8條，等隔年線材吸收後再重新做一次鼻雕，逐年增加高度。\\n（三）無法大幅調整鼻型\\n鼻子微整不需要承擔手術的風險，但相對局限性也較多，鼻雕比較適合天生鼻型就已經有70-80分，以下幾種鼻型不適合鼻雕，我建議下列可以直接隆鼻手術，鼻雕對於鼻頭部分的調整效果有限\\n另外，由於線材的體積非常小，如果本身幾乎沒有山根，通常打玻尿酸山根的效果會比較好，畢竟玻尿酸的體積比線大很多，才有辦法把塌鼻墊起來。\\n鼻雕大概需要幾條線呢？\\n鼻雕通常建議埋6-8條，超過8條有些人會發現鼻子怎麼藍藍的，這是因為線材本身是藍色，如果你把山根塞爆，就會出現很像瘀青的藍色。\\n所以鼻線真的不是埋越多越好，會建議漸進式的埋，第一次先埋6條，如果覺得不夠挺之後再追加，畢竟埋太多取出難度很高，但埋太少隨時可以增加。\\n蒜頭鼻、朝天鼻或改變鼻頭建議直接尋求手術，鼻雕微整形最多只能些微改善山根，比較適合本身鼻型條件不差只想要微調的族群。\\n鼻雕價格多少\\n直接講答案：鼻子埋線一條價格通常位於3,000~5,000，鼻雕最適當的條數是6-8條，價格落在15,000~30,000。金蘋果美學的鼻雕費用是20,000，使用Mint神力拉提線材；低於一萬的埋線隆鼻要很小心，可能使用便宜劣質的不可吸收線材。\\n由於鼻雕通常使用短線，鼻子埋線一條價格通常位於3,000~5,000，鼻雕最適當的條數通常需要6-8條，價格落在15,000~30,000。低於一萬的埋線隆鼻就要很小心，可能會使用比較便宜劣質的不可吸收線材。\\n金蘋果美學的鼻雕費用是20,000，使用Mint神力拉提線材。\\n鼻雕線材質推薦\\n（一）Mint 神力拉提鼻線\\n台灣目前過FDA食藥署認證的線材，除了鈴鐺線本身是PLLA材質吸收速度較慢之外，其他絕大多數都是PDO可吸收線，人體約莫『**3~6個月**』就會完全吸收。神力拉提在鼻雕應用上有以下幾個優點：\\nMint神力拉提作為韓國市占率最高的線材，它從長到短各個部位都有不同設計的線，如果想進一步了解神力拉提，可以參考我的文章[介紹神力拉提線](https://goldiapple.com/mint-lift/)，它有6公分及3.8公分的短線，剛剛好設計來埋線隆鼻及鼻小柱埋線，這樣的設計可以讓鼻線鉤得更加牢固，線的長度非常合身不需要另外剪線，大幅降低鼻線穿出的機率。\\n藍鑽魚骨線只有一種Size，很像去ZARA買西裝，品質不錯但抱歉你不能挑尺寸，Mint神力拉提的線材尺寸有不同長短粗細，好像走進訂製西裝店，你可以訂做一套非常合身的西裝，埋線起來也才會精緻高級感。\\n使用Mint埋線隆鼻時，首先我們總共會使用4~8條線。我們以6條線為例好了，我會準備兩條18號（最粗）的長線，兩條19號的鼻線及兩條19號的鼻小柱線。其中兩條要做鼻梁前段，兩條要來做小柱。\\n長線的部分主要是從鼻頭到山根做出完整的骨架，就像蓋房子要先有大樑，之後我會開始放6 cm的鼻線，來對山根做補強。最後我會使用3.8 cm的短線，也是由鼻頭進針放在鼻小柱的地方，除了有延長鼻小柱的效果之外，也能讓鼻頭變得更挺直精巧。\\n（二）提美拉/美特拉\\n提美拉＋美特拉埋線隆鼻也是一個非常適合鼻雕的線材選擇，美特拉作為最新一代的線材，擁有高支撐力，打造出骨感立體的山根，當骨架做好後，會建議搭配提美拉寶寶線，寶寶線非常的細，線感不會太重，可以放入山根修飾凹陷處，非常適合只想要微調整山根的族群。\\n三種隆鼻方式比較：玻尿酸隆鼻 vs. 埋線隆鼻 vs. 手術隆鼻\\n基本上如果埋線隆鼻施作完覺得不甚美觀，最大原因通常是線埋太多導致，有些診所施作過程為了力求簡便，就只有在鼻樑上瘋狂把鼻線塞好塞滿，鼻小柱處都不做處理，導致鼻樑看起來藍藍的（因為線材是藍色的）\\n隆鼻基本上可以分為三種治療方式：鼻子埋線隆鼻，玻尿酸隆鼻，手術隆鼻。這邊可以分別講一下他們之間的區別。\\n鼻雕後遺症\\n鼻雕的後遺症跟玻尿酸隆鼻及手術隆鼻相比是最少的，我還是遇過不少玻尿酸隆鼻後會過敏腫起來的案例，也遇過有人用晶亮瓷隆鼻結果變成一個很硬的球球（山根非常不建議使用晶亮瓷及洢蓮絲，後遺症多到難以想像）\\n手術隆鼻的後遺症當然就是感染或鼻型不滿意需要重修，鼻雕線材目前是真的沒遇過有人會過敏的（機率極低），因此相較之下算是一個後遺症相對可控的選擇。\\n鼻雕常見問題\\n鼻雕多久消腫？\\n剛鼻雕完後由於打麻藥的關係，山根看起來會比較寬或高正常，麻藥退後高度會降下不少，所以為了達成預期的高度，施打的當天一定會看起來特別挺，約一週後會最自然。\\n鼻雕會很痛嗎？\\n其實過程不會痛而且不會腫很久。 很多人很可能時因為聽到身邊朋友做過埋線隆鼻的痛苦經驗，而對埋線隆鼻忘之卻步，轉而選擇『看似不痛不腫很多』的玻尿酸隆鼻。 但是事實上如果埋線隆鼻操作得宜，應該做到跟玻尿酸隆鼻**『一樣不痛，一樣不腫』**才對！\\n打山根玻尿酸鼻子變寬還可以埋鼻線嗎？\\n可以，我大部分鼻雕的客人幾乎都是先來降解變寬的玻尿酸再當天埋線隆鼻 鼻子微整如果選擇玻尿酸，最大的缺點就是山根變寬，如果變寬之後非常不建議繼續補玻尿酸，只會越來越寬，建議直接將解掉要嘛直接去手術，要嘛選擇鼻雕\\n鼻雕後悔怎麼辦？\\n山根玻尿酸如果後悔可以輕鬆降解溶掉，如果鼻雕後悔，例如山根高度太高、不喜歡有山根的自己，可以於一個月內儘速回診將鼻線夾出，也可以恢復原本的樣子。\\n鼻雕可以維持多久？\\n鼻雕通常可以維持1~1.5年，如果中間想追求更挺的高度，可以於半年後再補線進去。\\n鼻子埋線安全嗎？鼻雕失敗機率高嗎？\\n很多人會誤以為玻尿酸隆鼻比鼻雕安全，鼻雕失敗在Dcard上就像月經文一樣一直有人發，加上手術派醫師整天靠北鼻雕 （廢話如果我是手術醫師我隆鼻前要把鼻線清乾淨一定心裡會超幹），所以我再重申一次這篇文是給完全沒有考慮要手術的人看的。
