的咀嚼肌肉毒，效果才會比較顯著 很多人不知道，花個五分鐘打咀嚼肌肉毒，臉部線條就會明顯收斂，以下案例都是施打一次 80U 咀嚼肌肉毒的成果。 因此，安全又有效的咀嚼肌肉毒橫空出世後，迅速成為瘦小臉的熱門解決方案之一 咀嚼肌會隨著持續補打而變小，補打的劑量也可以越來越少，我的客人（如下圖）原本咀嚼肌厚度2cm（ 咀嚼肌肉毒只有施打當下痠痠的感覺，加上我會使用目前最細的隱形針(34G尖針)，加上冰敷，施打的過程幾乎是沒有什麼痛感的。 咀嚼肌肉毒如何以超音波精準注射？ 有些人為什麼打完咀嚼肌效果沒有很好？有些人是真的骨頭方的國字臉，或是他天生Baby Face導致臉比較大，如果不是咀嚼肌發達，打再多肉毒都是沒有用的 因此為了精準判斷客人是否真的適合施打咀嚼肌，我們在施打前都會照超音波確認你的咀嚼肌厚度，有些人一照發現都是脂肪沒有肌肉，那就不需要白花錢打肉毒，更需要的是打音波消脂。 在超音波掃描顧客的咀嚼肌時，可以清楚看到在皮下大約 1 公分的地方，有一個厚度大約 0.8~1.5 公分厚的咀嚼肌。 (ref_doi: 10.1007/s11282-019-00383-4) 咀嚼肌下面白白的一條線就是下顎骨（白色箭頭指的那條線）。咀嚼肌的肉毒一定深淺都要打，要不然如果深的咀嚼肌有打到肉毒，但淺的沒打到，臉上就會有蛙腮。 使用超音波的話，比起用手摸，我更能知道每一位客人的咀嚼肌組成有什麼不同。 因為每個人的咀嚼肌形狀多少都會有變異，因此注射的位置在超音波的幫助下可以更加精準之外，超音波還可以精準算出咀嚼肌的深度，來調整我入針的深度。 在超音波的幫助下用肉毒注射咀嚼肌，除了可以針對不同客人做不同設計之外，也能讓客人更加安心。 咀嚼肌肉毒要怎麼施打才不會頰凹？ 首先，我們要先想辦法找到咀嚼肌。 客人可能想說：「阿咀嚼肌不就很簡單？我自己也摸的到？」 哎呀這樣想就太危險啦。 咀嚼肌在施打的過程中，只能打在肌肉下方的位置才能有有效消除，也就是下圖中的 IV、V、VI 三個區域。 咀嚼肌上方，也就是圖中的 I、II、III 三個區域的位置離顴骨很近，如果在該處打咀嚼肌肉毒的話，就容易看起來顴骨下凹，也就是大家熟悉的「頰凹」啦！ 這也是為什麼我常看到有人抱怨肉毒打完後頰凹，如果施打的位置錯誤，可能本來想消咀嚼肌沒消掉，反而造成臉頰凹陷更嚴重！ 超音波是追蹤咀嚼肌消除的一大利器 如果客人在打完咀嚼肌肉毒 3 個月後回診，可以看到原本施打前肌肉組織比較呈現稀疏、泛黑的狀態（因為肌肉束都很蓬鬆）。 而在注射後 3 個月後，肌肉束縮小了，因此超音波下看起來會比較緻密，而且咀嚼肌的厚度也有明顯減少。 肉毒消除咀嚼肌的 Dcard 悲劇文怎麼來的？ 1. 肉毒不小心打到咀嚼肌表面的笑肌 → 笑歪 咀嚼肌肉毒在施打的時候，因為我們很害怕打到笑肌（在咀嚼肌的表面），因此一定要用比較長的針喔！ 我以前就看過有診所用超短的胰島素針來打咀嚼肌肉毒，真的是替他捏一把冷汗！這樣不僅打不到肌肉，很多劑量都被浪費掉，更可能打不準，打到淺層的笑肌 2. 肉毒只有打到深層咀嚼肌，但淺的沒打到 → 蛙腮 咀嚼肌其實有分成深層和淺層！ 淺層才跟外觀、瘦小臉比較有關係，深層其實摸不太到，主要負責咀嚼。所以大家摸到的咀嚼肌其實都是淺層喔！ 如果醫美診所的醫師都一直把肉毒直直插到深層咀嚼肌，但是淺層的咀嚼肌都沒打到肉毒的話，那這樣淺層的咀嚼肌反而會更加明顯，變成「蛙腮」的形狀。 如果真的不小心發生蛙腮的狀況也不用太擔心，肉毒最多就半年，等自然代謝後蛙腮會慢慢恢復正常。 3. 肉毒不小心打到咀嚼肌內側的顴大肌 → 臉歪 有一次聽莊德揚醫師演講時，他有分享一例，某藝人去某非醫美診所的地下工作室打肉毒，結果不小心打到顴大肌，造成半邊面癱的慘案…… 4. 肉毒打太上方 → 臉凹 肉毒打完臉頰凹陷有兩種情況，一種是醫師的失誤打錯位置，原本沒有頰凹變成有頰凹 另一種是原本就有頰凹，打完後頰凹看起來會更明顯 因此遇到這種類型我一定要事先聲明，打完咀嚼肌肉毒會頰凹視覺上會更加明顯，畢竟凸起的肌肉也跟著消下去了 通常建議打完咀嚼肌肉毒要一起填補臉頰凹陷玻尿酸，才能讓臉型變得比較順 當然以上各種肉毒失敗的狀況如果真的不幸遇到了，至少不要太過擔心，肉毒最多就半年，至少等一段時間肉毒自然代謝後，副作用會慢慢恢復正常 打完肉毒，多久能看到咀嚼肌消除？ 直接講答案:咀嚼肌肉毒大約 4 週開始見效、12 週達到最小,單次施打的效果估計可以撐到 9 個月左右。 咀嚼肌大約 4 周就會開始見效囉！ 根據我診所的經驗，以及最近的論文發表，在 12 周後咀嚼肌可以達到最小。 如果只打一次，完全沒有再補第二劑或第三劑的話，估計可以撐到 9 個月左右。 可是大多數客人到 1 年後，都還是會回到原本咀嚼肌肥大的狀態。 然而，最新的研究顯示，當我們只要每 3 次連續的肉毒桿菌素 A 注射，每次相隔 6 個月，治療後 1 年平均能維持 12% 的咬肌體積減少。 因此，這種注射方案提供了更持久的咬肌萎縮效果。 參與者中沒有人回報任何不良反應或併發症，例如感染、面部肌肉麻痺、面部不對稱、顴骨或頰部凹陷、矛盾腫脹或凹陷消失。 咀嚼肌肉毒術後要注意什麼？ 首先，在打完大肌群的肉毒之後，前 1~2 天會覺得痠痠的，因為有不少體積的生理食鹽水被打到肌肉裡面。 不過因為生理食鹽水會被人體自然吸收，所以 3 天過後就沒什麼感覺囉！ 另外大肌群（咀嚼肌、肩膀、小腿）的肉毒，跟抬頭紋肉毒、皺眉紋等小肌群肉毒很不一樣。 抬頭紋、皺眉紋因為是小肌群，通常 7 天左右就會見效。 但是，大肌群肉毒通常要 4 周才會見效。所以如果 1 周後沒有明顯咀嚼肌消除的感覺，非常正常。 請繼續耐心等待到 4 周後，肉毒才會漸漸發揮作用喔！ 咀嚼肌肉毒常見問題 咀嚼肌肉毒要打幾單位？ 首次施打通常兩邊共 40~80U,咀嚼肌發達的人通常需要接近 80U 效果較顯著,之後補打會遞減(60U → 40~50U)。實際劑量以施打前超音波量到的肌肉厚度為準,不是看臉大小用猜的。 咀嚼肌肉毒一次多少錢？ 以韓國肉毒計算約 4,500~8,000 元,依劑量而定。 打咀嚼肌肉毒會痛嗎？ 醫美入門級的不痛。用最細的 34G 隱形針加冰敷,只有施打當下痠痠的感覺,大約 5 分鐘結束。 多久見效？效果能維持多久？ 4 週開始見效、12
